Shipping Fees & Policies

We ship most in-stock orders within 1-2 business days. You will be contacted via email or telephone (if submitted) if there is a delay in processing your order. Please remember that all shipment times listed are in business days. Saturdays, Sundays and most holidays are not recognized as business operating days for UPS shipping services.

We offer flat rate shipping via USPS of $4.99 (USD) for orders delivered within the U.S. excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Addresses located in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands will receive a flat shipping rate of $7.99 via USPS.

Orders shipped outside the U.S. are subject to the surrent shipping rates provided by UPS.

Sales Tax is applied (by law) to orders shipped to New York State addresses at the rate of 8.625%.

International Orders may be subject to additional customs, import duties and taxes which must be paid by the recipient. Leaf of Life Vitamin Shoppe has no control over these charges.

Please contact the appropriate customs authorities in your country regarding the exact taxes or duties. Some nutritional supplements may not be allowed into your country.

Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

We can only offer a refund, return or exchange on items that have not been opened. Please contact us at (718) 826-9020 to make arrangements for refunds, returns or exchanges.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an order that has not been shipped yet please call us at (718)826-9020 and we will cancel the order free of charge. If the order has been shipped please call us to discuss what can be done.
